What this disclosure is
TalixTrade is a software platform for building and running crypto trading bots. We are not an exchange, broker, bank, custodian, or financial advisor.
To keep the service affordable, we may from time to time use referral or affiliate links to the crypto exchanges we support (such as Binance, Bybit, or OKX). If you sign up to one of these exchanges through our link and start trading, the exchange may share a small part of the trading fees it already charges you with us.
Here is the key point: this referral arrangement does not add anything to the fees you pay. You pay the same exchange fees whether you use our link or go to the exchange directly. The exchange simply chooses to give us a portion of the revenue it would have kept anyway.
We want you to know about these arrangements up front, so you can make your own informed decisions.
Active referral and affiliate relationships
We operate a referral program. Through your Referrals page you can earn rewards — such as a revenue share on referred subscriptions, or free Pro access — for inviting other users. The terms of each reward are shown in-app and in our Terms of Service. We benefit when a referred user subscribes, so we disclose this relationship to you up front.
Exchange referral links. Where we link to a supported exchange (such as Binance, Bybit, or OKX), we may receive a referral benefit if you sign up or trade through our link, and you may be able to unlock free Pro access by connecting an exchange this way. This never increases the fees you pay.
Whenever we add or change a partner, we update this page — and the "Last updated" date above — with the partner's name, the type of referral involved, and a plain-language note on how we may benefit.
How this benefits you
Affiliate and referral relationships are not only about us. When they exist, they often work in your favour too:
- Free or discounted Pro access via referral. Under our referral program you can earn rewards or free Pro time by inviting other users or by connecting an exchange through our link. See your Referrals page and our Terms of Service for how each reward works.
- No change to your trading fees. As explained above, using our link never makes your exchange fees higher. Where the exchange chooses to offer one, you may also get a sign-up bonus or fee discount through referral links.
- Lower pressure on subscription prices. Referral income helps us keep TalixTrade affordable, including our 30-day free trial and our paid tiers (Pro $49/month, Elite $99/month).
Our commitment to transparency
We will never recommend an exchange just because it pays us a commission.
When we suggest or support an exchange, it is because we believe it is a reasonable, established venue for the kind of automated trading our software is built for. We choose which exchanges to integrate based on factors like reliability, available trading pairs, and API quality — not based on who offers the biggest referral payout.
A few promises:
- We will not steer you toward a low-quality or risky exchange to earn a fee.
- We will keep affiliate links clearly distinguishable where it matters.
- We will keep this page honest and up to date.
Remember that connecting any exchange to TalixTrade is always optional, and you stay in full control of your funds. We connect only through an API key with withdrawal permission disabled — your money never leaves your own exchange account, and we never hold, deposit, or withdraw your funds.
