Refund Policy

Quick Summary

You can request a full refund within 14 days of payment if you have not used Live Trading (Paper Mode does not count). Trading losses, used live sessions, payments outside the 14-day window, and crypto network fees are not refundable. To request a refund, email [email protected]; we process eligible refunds within 5-10 business days.

This Refund Policy explains when and how you can get your money back for a TalixTrade subscription. It is part of our Terms of Service and works together with our Privacy Policy. Please read it before you pay.

TalixTrade is trading-bot software. It is not an exchange, bank, broker, custodian, or financial advisor. We never hold your funds, never accept deposits, and never withdraw from your exchange account. Any money you make or lose from trading happens on your own exchange account (Binance, Bybit, or OKX), not with us. This policy covers only the subscription fees you pay us for access to the software.

Our Plans and Pricing

  • Free trial: 30 days, no payment required.
  • Pro: $39 per month.
  • Elite: $99 per month.

Today, you pay through a one-time crypto invoice using CryptoCloud. You can pay in USDT on the TRC-20, BEP-20, ERC-20, TON, or SOL networks. Each payment grants a fixed 30-day access period.

14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

You can request a full refund within 14 days of your payment, as long as you have not used Live Trading during that time.

"Live Trading" means running any bot, Smart Trade order, or automated strategy against a real, connected exchange account using real funds. If you have started even one live session, the 14-day money-back guarantee no longer applies.

Paper Mode does not count as Live Trading. You can test bots, backtest strategies, and explore the platform in Paper Mode (simulated trading with no real funds) and still qualify for a refund. The same applies to using the AI Builder, AI Risk Manager, AI Optimizer, AI Assistant, signals, and backtesting tools, as long as none of them places a real live order.

To qualify:

  • Your request must reach us within 14 calendar days of the payment date.
  • You must not have placed any live order or run any live strategy on a real exchange account.

Renewals

Because crypto payments cannot be charged automatically, there is no automatic renewal today. When your 30-day access period is about to end, we send you a reminder. To keep your access, you choose to pay a new one-time invoice. Renewal is always a manual action you take yourself.

The 14-day money-back guarantee applies to a renewal payment on the same terms: you can request a refund within 14 days of that renewal payment, provided you have not used Live Trading during that period.

In the future, we may offer card-based billing through Stripe. If and when we do, that method could include automatic renewal. We will only ever auto-charge a card after you have clearly agreed to it, and we will tell you how to cancel before any renewal charge. This auto-renewal language is conditional and describes a possible future option only. It does not apply to crypto payments, which we never auto-charge.

What Is Not Refundable

The following are not eligible for a refund:

  • Trading losses. Any losses, gains, or fees from trades executed on your exchange account are entirely your responsibility. They have nothing to do with your subscription fee, and we cannot refund them.
  • Used live sessions. If you have run Live Trading during the access period, the subscription fee for that period is non-refundable.
  • Payments outside the 14-day window. Once 14 calendar days have passed since your payment, that payment is non-refundable.
  • CryptoCloud network fees. Blockchain network fees and any processing fees charged by CryptoCloud are not part of your subscription fee, and we cannot recover or refund them.

How to Request a Refund

Email us at [email protected] and include:

  • The email address on your TalixTrade account.
  • The plan you paid for (Pro or Elite).
  • The payment date and, if you have it, the transaction hash or invoice ID from CryptoCloud.
  • A short note confirming you have not used Live Trading (if you are claiming the 14-day money-back guarantee).
  • The crypto wallet address and network where you would like to receive the refund.

We review each request and reply by email. For eligible refunds, we process payment within 5-10 business days after we confirm the details. Because refunds are sent in crypto, the network fee for the refund transaction may be deducted from the amount, and the final value depends on the network you choose.

EU Consumer Rights (Right of Withdrawal)

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you generally have a 14-day right to withdraw from a digital service contract.

For digital services, this right can end early if you ask us to start the service immediately and acknowledge that you lose the withdrawal right once we have fully performed. In practice, this means that if you start Live Trading within the 14 days, you may lose your statutory withdrawal right for that period, just as described in the 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee section above.

This policy is meant to meet or exceed your statutory rights. Nothing here removes any consumer protection you have under the law that applies to you. If your local law gives you stronger rights, those rights apply.

Disputed Charges and Chargebacks

If you believe a charge is wrong, please contact us first at [email protected]. We want to fix genuine problems quickly and fairly.

Opening a chargeback, payment dispute, or reversal without first contacting us, or after you have already used Live Trading, is a breach of our Terms of Service. We may suspend or close your account and refuse future service while a dispute that bypasses this policy is open. Working with us directly is almost always faster than a formal dispute.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. When we make a material change, we will update the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify you. The version that applied when you made a payment governs that payment.
