Teams: run TalixTrade with other people

Create a team, invite members and manage access — share collaboration, not credentials. For agencies, Workspace extends this to a branded environment.

What Teams is

Teams (an Elite capability) lets more than one person operate TalixTrade together. You create a team, invite members, and manage who belongs — collaboration that is organized and access that is scoped, instead of everyone sharing one login.

When to use it

  • •A fund, a trading group, or a partner setup where several people need access.
  • •Any situation where you would otherwise be tempted to hand out your password.

Cabinet branding (Elite) puts your name, logo and color into the workspace switcher in the header — on your own screen. It is a demo aid, not a client-facing white-label: the domain, the emails and the public pages stay ours.

The pitfall

Sharing one login instead of inviting members. A shared password has no roles, no audit trail, no isolation — and no clean way to cut access when someone leaves. Invite members so each person has their own scoped access, and remove them cleanly when the relationship ends.

Next

For programmatic access, use the Public API (scoped keys) rather than shared credentials; lock down your own login in Security & your account.
