These Subscription Terms explain how plans, payments, and renewals work on TalixTrade. They are part of, and should be read together with, our Terms of Use and Refund Policy. TalixTrade is software operated by Anton Shchur, an Individual Entrepreneur registered in Ukraine. We are not an exchange, broker, bank, or custodian, and we never hold your trading funds.
1. Available Plans
TalixTrade has three access levels. Your funds always stay on your own exchange — the plan only controls which TalixTrade software features you can use.
Free Trial — 30 days
- Lasts 30 days from the day you sign up.
- Lets you explore the platform: build bots, run paper (simulated) mode, try backtesting, and preview AI features.
- Limited live trading. The trial is meant for learning the product, not for full unrestricted automation.
- No payment details required to start.
Pro — $39 / month
- Full active live trading across supported exchanges (Binance, Bybit, OKX).
- All core bot types, Smart Trade, signal bots, backtesting, and paper mode.
- AI features: AI Bot Builder, Risk Manager, Optimizer, Assistant, and Auto-Hedge.
- Higher limits on the number of running bots than the trial.
Elite — $99 / month
- Everything in Pro.
- The highest limits on running bots and automation.
- Marketplace publishing — share or publish your own bot templates.
- Priority access to new features as they roll out.

We may adjust the exact features inside each plan over time; we will not silently downgrade what you already paid for during a period you have already purchased.
2. Billing Cycle
Each paid plan is sold as a 30-day access period (we describe this as "monthly"). When your payment is confirmed, your chosen plan is activated immediately and stays active for the full 30 days, regardless of how often you use it.
Prices are shown in US dollars and are charged in cryptocurrency at checkout (see Payment Methods). Any network or exchange fees on the crypto transfer are your responsibility.
3. Renewal & Auto-Renewal
This is the most important section, so we keep it very clear.
Today: no automatic charges
Today, all payments are one-time crypto invoices that unlock a fixed 30-day access period. Cryptocurrency payments cannot be auto-charged — we have no way to pull funds from your wallet on a schedule, and we never try.
That means:
- There is no automatic renewal today. Nothing is billed to you again unless you choose to pay another invoice.
- Before your access ends, we send you a reminder (by email and/or in-app) so you can decide whether to renew.
- To continue, you manually pay a new invoice for the next 30-day period.
- If you do nothing, your paid access simply ends when the period expires (see Failed / Missed Renewal).
In the future: optional card auto-renewal
We may later add card payments (via Stripe). If and when we do, cards can support recurring billing. Auto-renewal would only ever apply to card-based subscriptions you specifically choose, and we would:
- clearly tell you, before you enable it, that the card will be charged automatically each period;
- show the amount, the renewal date, and how to turn it off;
- let you cancel auto-renewal at any time before the next charge.
We will never turn on automatic charging for your crypto payments, and we will never enable card auto-renewal without your explicit, informed consent.
4. Payment Methods
Cryptocurrency (available now)
Payments are processed by our payment partner CryptoCloud. You pay in USDT over any of these networks:
- TRC-20 (Tron)
- BEP-20 (BNB Smart Chain)
- ERC-20 (Ethereum)
- TON
- SOL (Solana)
After your transaction is confirmed on the network, your plan activates automatically. Confirmation times depend on the network and are outside our control. Make sure you send the correct asset on the correct network — transfers sent on the wrong network or with the wrong amount may be unrecoverable.
Cards (planned)
Card payments via Stripe are planned for the future. When available, they will be offered as a separate, clearly labeled option, with the auto-renewal rules described in Section 3.
5. Free Pro via Referral
You can earn free Pro access by connecting a supported exchange through our referral link. When you open or connect an eligible exchange account using our referral, you may qualify for Pro-level access without a separate payment, for as long as the referral arrangement remains valid.
Details, eligibility, and any conditions are described where the offer is presented in the app. Exchanges set and can change their own referral programs, so this benefit depends on the exchange continuing to honor the referral. See our Affiliate Disclosure for how referral relationships work.
6. Cancellation
Because there is no automatic charge today, there is nothing to cancel to avoid being billed — you simply do not pay the next invoice.
- Your access stays active until the end of the 30-day period you already paid for.
- When that period ends, paid features pause and you are not charged again.
- You can keep using the free parts of the platform (such as paper mode) where available.
If, in the future, you have an active card auto-renewal, cancelling means turning off auto-renewal in your account settings before the next renewal date; your access then continues until the end of the current period.
7. Refunds
Refunds are handled under our separate Refund Policy. In short: a refund may be available within a limited window if you have not used Live Trading, and trading losses are never refundable. Please read the Refund Policy for the exact terms.
8. Changes to Pricing
We may change plan prices in the future. If we do:
- We will give you at least 30 days' notice by email before the new price takes effect.
- If you are an existing paying customer, you will keep your current price for 6 months from the date the change is announced.
- New prices apply to renewals or new invoices after the notice period; they do not change a period you have already paid for.
If you do not agree with a price change, you can simply stop renewing.
9. Failed / Missed Renewal
If a 30-day period ends and you have not paid for a new one:
- Your paid access pauses — live trading and paid features stop, and running bots may be deactivated to keep you safe.
- Your account and settings are preserved. We do not delete your bots, history, or configurations just because your subscription lapsed.
- You can reactivate at any time by paying a new invoice; your saved setup is waiting for you.
For crypto payments specifically, there is no "failed charge" — there is simply no new payment, and access ends until you choose to renew.
